Vision Statement of Alexian Brothers Older Adult Ministries

Alexian Brothers Health system recognizes that the health delivery system to the older adult population in the united States will continue to evolve to a consumer driven system. To meet the changing needs of the older adult population, Alexian Brothers Older Adult Ministries will:

• Aspire to provide health care and related services that promote an individual's ability to live safely and at maximum independence, with a continued sense of purpose at the residence of his/her choice.
• Provide environments that are supportive, affordable, and accessible; and
• Offer consistent standards of care and services.

Alexian Brothers Older Adult Ministries is committed to meeting this vision in each region, while also seeking to increase the number of persons served in each region within the next five years.
