Mission Statement of the Congregation of Alexian Brothers Immaculate Conception Province
Strengthened by community, prayer, commitment to the poor and the legacy of our founders, and in partnership with others, we Alexian Brothers witness the Healing Christ by a holistic approach to promoting health, and caring for the sick, dying, aged, and unwanted of all socio-economic levels, outside as well as within our Health Care System.

Mission Statement of the Alexian Brothers Health System
The Alexian Brothers Health System carries out the healing mission of the Catholic Church through the Alexian Brothers ministries by identifying and developing effective responses to the health and housing needs of those we are called to serve.
Vision Statement of the Alexian Brothers Health System
Inspired by the Alexian Brothers' rich history and Christian values, Alexian Brothers Health System will be the premier innovator and provider of healthcare and housing services that address the needs of its communities.

Vision of the Alexian Brothers Hospital Network
The Alexian Brothers Hospital Network vision is to elevate the standard of healthcare in the Northwest suburbs through innovation and excellence consistent with the Alexian Brothers five core values.

Vision of the Older Adult Ministries
Alexian Brothers Health System recognizes that the health delivery system to the older adult population in the united States will continue to evolve to a consumer driven system. To meet the changing needs of the older adult population, Alexian Brothers Older Adult Ministries will:
- Aspire to provide health care and related services that promote an individual's ability to live safely and at maximum independence, with a continued sense of purpose at the residence of his/her choice.
- Provide environments that are supportive, affordable, and accessible.
- Offer consistent standards of care and services.
Alexian Brothers Older Adult Ministries is committed to meeting this vision in each region, while also seeking to increase the number of persons served in each region within the next five years.
Vision of the Alexian Brothers of the Southeast
The Alexian Brothers of the Southeast aspires to provide housing, healthcare and related services which promote an older adult's ability to live safely and at maximum independence with a continued sense of purpose at the residence of his/her choice.
Vision of the Alexian Brothers of Missouri
The Alexian Brothers of Missouri will be known for its innovation and entrepreneurship in developing mission centered, integrated programs and services for Older Adults throughout the Metropoitan St. Louis area that focus on the provision of quality services to support individual choices and preferences based on the Alexian Brothers Core Values of Compassion, Dignity of the Person, Care of the Poor, Holism and Partnership.
Vision of the Alexian Brothers of Milwaukee
The Alexian Village of Milwaukee seeks to evolve into a customer driven system which:
- Provides healthcare at maximum independence.
- Gives a continued sense of purpose to an individual in the home of his/her choice.
- Maintains a safe, supportive environment.
- Promotes "Person-centered" community-based services.
- Strives to be affordable and accessible.
- Offers consistent standards of care and services
Alexian Village is committed to meeting this vision while also seeking to double the number of persons served within the next five years.
