About Us

You can keep track of the continuing medical education credits you have earned at Alexian CME activities with an annual transcript. Each January, the Alexian Brothers Hospital Network CME Consortium sends every network physician a transcript of CME credits earned in Consortium activities during the previous year. Transcripts will be sent to your office.

If you need to obtain your CME transcript at a different time during the year, please call the CME Consortium Office at 847-981-3522. We will promptly send your transcript by interoffice mail, fax, or regular mail. Unfortunately, transcripts cannot be e-mailed as they require confirmatory signature.
