Alexian Brothers Hospital Network (ABHN) has physician services programs at each of its facilities. These services include, but are not limited to, the following: 

Recruitment Services

Full-time physician recruitment services are available to:

• new physicians and mid-level providers, allowing them access to job opportunities across the network.
• doctors in existing practices who are looking to expand their panel of physicians and mid-level providers. 

Practice Solutions

• To maintain the highest quality of care to patients, each facility has physician-relations staff available to address and resolve day-to-day operational concerns. 

Office Manager Education 

• Each facility provides physician orientation along with service-based programs to educate office staff on how to access services and information at the medical centers.
• The physician services departments offer a wide range of educational programs to support the education of office managers and personnel. Programs held throughout the year vary, but focus on billing, coding and reimbursement, practice profitability, customer service, Medicare guidelines and changes, and general office management.
