HCAHPS

The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) is an initiative intended to provide a standardized survey instrument and data collection methodology for measuring patients' perspectives on hospital care.

Leapfrog

Leapfrog aims to provide consumers and purchasers of healthcare, such as employers, with information they need to make informed health care choices by getting information from hospitals on four core quality and safety practices.

National Quality Forum (NQF)

The National Quality Forum is a not-for-profit organization created to develop and implement a national strategy for health care quality measurement and reporting. The National Quality Forum makes recommendations for improving health care quality by promoting 30 practices to reduce the risk of harm to patients.
