The Alexian Center for Mental Health's Volunteer Program plays a critical role in the Brother's mission to deliver high quality client care.  The generosity of the men, women and student volunteers make an immeasurable difference in the lives of Alexian clients, their friends and families and staff.

List of Volunteer Opportunities:

Recreational Aides

Alexian Center for Mental Health is seeking volunteers to be recreational aides in our Drop In Center.  This person will assist our clients while they visit our Drop In Center to play games, watch movies and socialize with others.

Alexian Center for Mental Health is seeking volunteers to help clients in our residential program cook and shop. 

Clerical/Special Projects

Alexian Center for Mental Health is seeking volunteers to help staff with clerical activities such as copying, typing, filing, data entry, etc.

Fundraising and Marketing

Alexian Center for Mental Health is seeking volunteers to help in our fundraising and marketing department with special events, ie. seeking donations, event planning, joining committees for special event planning, etc. 

High school students (18 and older) can earn service hours for volunteering or graduation credit.

High school and college students can gain exposure to the health care profession before committing to a college major or career path.
