Our Tests, Treatments, and Therapies

The Young Adult Program at Alexian Center for Mental Health offers specialized programming for adults ages 18-25 who are in the process of recovery. While participating in this program, you will:

• Receive group counseling, individual therapy, and vocational and educational assistance
• Increase your understanding of mental and physical health issues
• Learn techniques to vocalize your needs and discuss your progress to actively participate in your treatment process
• Gain insight into your personal goals for the future
• Explore the dynamics of family and interpersonal relationships
• Receive feedback and assistance in exploring personal aspirations related to employment, volunteering, and educational activities
• Increase confidence as you become more independent
