Osteoporosis Screening

Both men and women suffer from osteoporosis. This 7-minute test is designed to measure the bone density of your heal through our portable unit.  Each participant will receive osteoporosis educational materials as well as a brief consultation.

Blood Pressure Screening

This test can detect early signs of high blood pressure, a predisposing factor to many diseases.  Once detected, you can take steps to help control or even reverse your high blood pressure.  Each participant will receive a blood pressure card with results, education materials and, if available, a brief consultation with a healthcare professional.

Body Composition Analysis

Body Composition Analysis reveals an individual's body composition, from body fat percentage to lean muscle mass, in less than 5 minutes.  You may not be overweight, but you could be "over fat".  Excess fat is a risk factor for high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.  It is important to know not only your weight but also your body fat percentage when assessing your overall fitness.  Each participant will receive a complete explanation of results and educational materials.
