Dr. Warren Wollin Biography
Dr. Warren Wollin is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in occupational medicine. He is also the Medical Director for Alexian Brothers Corporate Health Services. His special interests include acute care injury, workers compensation, wellness exams, disability exams, sports medicine and military medicine.
He is a certified Medical Review Officer for interpretation of drug testing and is a certified Medical Disability examiner. He is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Medical Review Officer Certification Council, American Osteopathic Association, and the Association of Military Surgeons of the U.S. He is a Commander in the United States Naval Reserve and has had deployments to Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has performed multiple medical/humanitarian missions to Thailand, Honduras and Mexico. He also speaks English and Spanish.
Dr. Wollin graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT. He completed his residency at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He did his undergraduate degree at Wheaton College in Wheaton Illinois.
